This website belongs to Mocharoma LLC, doing business as Cascara Coffee Company. It’s here to show you our menu, our hours and where to find us, and to let you order ahead. These are the few things worth saying plainly.
Food allergies
Please tell us about any allergy before you order, at the counter or by phone. Our menu includes peanuts, tree nuts, dairy, eggs and soy, so we can’t promise that any item is free of an allergen. If you’re avoiding gluten, ask us about our gluten-free items before you order. Tell us what you need to avoid, and we’ll tell you honestly what we can and can’t do.
The pictures
Our menu photos are digitally styled from photos of our own drinks and pastries, so what you’re served may look a little different. The ingredient pictures on Our story are illustrations, not photographs of our own.
The menu and prices
Our menu and prices come straight from our ordering system. Prices are for Rochester Hills and are for the smallest size. Items and prices can change, and something can sell out on the day. The ordering page always shows the current price. Nothing on this site is an offer or a promise that an item is available.
Ordering ahead
When you order ahead, the ordering page you see inside our site is run by SpotOn, the company behind our registers. SpotOn takes your order and payment under its own terms and privacy policy. If something’s wrong with an order, call the café you ordered from, or tell us at the counter.
The same goes for the Google map on our location pages and our Instagram and Facebook pages. Those are other companies’ services, and we link to them because they’re useful.
Our content
The words, pictures, logo and design of this site belong to Cascara Coffee Company. Please don’t copy them for your own business. You’re welcome to share a link, or screenshot a drink to show a friend. The 1680 engraving of Mocha on Our story is in the public domain.
No warranty
We keep this site accurate and up to date as best we can, but we provide it “as is.” We don’t promise it will always be available or free of errors, and to the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for loss arising from your use of the site itself. Nothing here limits our responsibility for the food and drinks we actually serve you.
Michigan law
We’re a Michigan business, and these terms are governed by Michigan law.
